This psalm reminds us of God’s constant care and concern. It assures us that he is with us in every situation.
Today, many people are afraid, as evidenced by the huge number of law- abiding citizens who purchase handguns, instal burglary alarms and sign up for self-defense classes.
Amidst all these proactive measures, the child of God can rely on an even greater security system- our all powerful maker who never sleeps.
Do what you can to protect yourself and your family, then commit them to God, knowing that he has them in the palm of his hand.
